This Privacy Policy explains how the Tidebreak app collects, uses, and protects user data.
1) Data We Collect
- Nickname entered by the user (stored locally).
- Game progress (max level, high score, stars) stored locally.
- Online leaderboard: if a nickname is set, nickname, level, and stars may be submitted automatically after a run.
- Technical data for stability and diagnostics (e.g. crashes) through services such as Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising data through Google Mobile Ads, according to the provider's policies.
2) Purpose of Processing
- Provide game features (progress and score saving).
- Display the online leaderboard.
- Improve app stability and performance.
- Display advertisements.
3) Data Retention
Local data remains on the device until the app is uninstalled or data is deleted by the user.
4) Third-Party Services
The app may use external services (e.g. Firebase, Google Mobile Ads) that process data under their own privacy policies.

Where required by local laws, minors should use the app with parental or guardian consent.
